How do I make an exchange?

For all exchanges, please email us directly at with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll send you a return shipping label for the items you'd like to send back. We cover the return shipping within the US :)

For the items you'd like in exchange, please place a new order through our shop. This will ensure that the items you want are in stock and they'll ship shortly after placing your new order. We'll refund you in full for the initial order once we receive the return package. 

Once we send you a USPS return shipping label, please drop off your package at the post office whenever you get a chance. We’ll refund you shortly after receiving the return package, and you'll receive an email notification when your return has been processed.

Returned items should be in unworn and unwashed condition – without stains or smells.

Please contact us at within 40 days of the purchase date.

If you're outside the US, please email us directly for a return or exchange. We ask international customers to cover the cost of shipping back to us for all returns, and shipping costs both ways on exchanges.

Exchanges for Minimalist Boxers:

If you don't love your first pair of Minimalist Boxers for any reason within the first 40 days of purchase, we'll issue a full refund. 

Important note: After you've tried your first pair, we are unable to accept returns for boxer briefs that have been tried on or removed from their tamper-proof packaging for sanitary reasons. The boxer briefs must not be removed from the original packaging in order to return them.
